The SAC10-E3/54 TVS diode uses a low-capacitance diode array configured as a high-speed, bidirectional diode network with integrated ESD protection, surge protection and signal conditioning. The device\'s internal ESD protection typically clamps transient voltages within the range of 0 to 50 volts, achieving a high breakdown voltage of up to 250 volts.
