MASMBJ13A TVS Diode (Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode) is a three-terminal devices that helps protect microelectronics circuits and systems from electrical overstress due to transients, electrostatic discharges, and other environmental and operational anomalies. This protection is achieved by diverting the high current surges to ground. They provide an excellent solution for fast response time and ultra-low clamping energies, with low total capacitor RMS leakage currents.
