RF Transceivers ICs
The SI4464-B1B-FM is a high performance, low power RF Transceiver IC in an industry leading package size. It has an integrated frequency synthesizer and PA, making it ideal for applications requiring a low cost ISM (Industrial, Scientific, Medical) band transceiver.
