The AX-SFAZ-1-01-TX30 is a classified RF Transceiver ICs. It is a kind of small size, low-cost integrated transceiver solution ideal for radio communication at both low and medium frequencies, up to 862 MHz in Europe and 915 MHz in USA. It combines a transmitter, receiver and demodulator in a single IC, which requires minimal number of external components for integrated solution.
The device has a wide range of application fields such as consumer electronics, remote control, automotive safety, industrial automation, metering systems and audio applications. In addition, with a working voltage range of 1.8 V to 3.6 V, it ensures sufficient power saving and therefore can be applied to both low and medium frequency operation. The TX30 transmitter works on the classical radio transmitting technique. The signal from the transmitting antenna is divided into two frequency domains. The higher frequency domain is mixed with the signal from the local oscillator and the IF has the signal. Then, the signal is fed to the IX transmitter where the base band signal is generated. The signal is then amplified and sent by the transmitting antenna after passing through the power amplifier.
