The LM3754SQ/NOPB is a monolithic integrated circuit designed specifically for DC to DC buck (step-down) converter applications. It can deliver up to 1A continuous output current with excellent line and load regulation. Working Principle

When the output voltage falls below the set regulation level, the internal MOSFETs turn on again, and energy is released to the output. This process is continually repeated, allowing the LM3754SQ/NOPB to deliver a regulated output even with a varying input voltage.

The LM3754SQ/NOPB features a programmability range from 2.5mV to 40mV, making it suitable for high performance applications such as battery charging. Additionally, its typical On/Off time of less than 100 ns provides excellent EMI performance.
