The MIC4225YM is an advanced performance, high efficiency, very low power gate driver IC. It is designed to control both N and P-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in both synchronous and non-synchronous buck or boost applications. It uses ultra low on-resistance MOSFETs and IGBTs in order to achieve efficient, power-saving designs, while providing reliable performance and enhanced protection features.
