The LP5990TM-1.3/NOPB is a cost-effective, easy-to-use, high accuracy low current low dropout linear voltage regulator designed for use in a wide variety of applications. The device features a Programmable Input voltage from 0.5 V to 5.5 V, a Programmable Output voltage from 0.5 V to 5.5 V and an adjustable output current limit of up to 50mA.

All these features make the LP5990TM-1.3/NOPB an ideal choice for applications in telecommunications, Personal Computers (PCs), Servers, Networking, Industrial, and automotive applications. Its specialized low dropout design allows the device to operate at higher output voltage with typical Dropout voltage of 100mV at 200mA, while at the same time delivering a very high level of output current accuracy.

The LP5990TM-1.3/NOPB also features low Noise with typical Noise of 10uV RMS, High Efficiency of up to 96%, output current limit protection, adjustable output current and preset output voltage. Additionally, it offers a wide input voltage range from 0.5V to 5.5V and an adjustable output voltage from 0.5V to 5.5V.
