NCP303LSN28T1 is a CMOS resetting circuit which belongs to Supervisors peripheral management integrated circuits (PMIC - Supervisors) within the family of peripheral devices for electronic circuits. It is a low power, low voltage, fault-tolerant single-channel supervisor circuit. It is ideal for use in applications that require a reset output from a microcontroller as a result of the set conditions.

The NCP303LSN28T1 features an input monitor with a selectable monitor threshold, a selectable reset active level, an adjustable reset time and automatic reset with power-on or manual reset. The power-on reset (POR) and manual reset (MR) logic are generated internally by the NCP303LSN28T1.
