The STM818MDS6F is a member of the STM818xx family of integrated PMIC (power management integrated circuits) designed to control the power status of electronic systems. The STM818MDS6F consists of several series of integrated circuits: voltage supervisors, low-dropout regulators, and low-voltage logic. It includes adjustable voltage supervisors for system reset management, programmable and adjustable high-accuracy overcurrent protection, solid-state circuit breaker and fault protection, multiple POR / HW monitoring signals, adjustable and non-adjustable series LDO regulators, adjustable switching regulators, and adjustable battery charger.

Working Principles
