<p>The AT49F001AT-55JI is a memory chip consisting of 1 million 1024 x 8-bit bits of nonvolatile CMOS Electrically Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM). It is characterized by low power CMOS technology, an array of configuration and flexible yet simple programming, and a wide variety of application fields for data storage and security.</p><p>The AT49F001AT-55JI EEPROM Memory chip is a good choice for embedded applications where data retention and battery back-up are essential. It offers many advantages over competitive EEPROMs, such as higher density, faster programming speed, and improved read performance.
