AS13985F18-T is a three terminal adjustable voltage regulator contained in an 8-pin TO-263 package. This chip features an output current of 300mA, fixed output voltage ranges of 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V and adjustable output voltage from 1.2V to 6V with a low temperature coefficient.
