The MAX20010DJT/V+ series of high-frequency power semiconductor switch array IC is the latest chip independently developed by ZTE Corporation and is especially suitable for high-frequency power conversion applications. This series of products has the advantages of high performance, high power efficiency and miniaturization.
The MAX20010DJT/V+ series of power switch array ICs are composed of a silicon integrated circuit and a ceramic package. The integrated circuit contains a dielectric isolation barrier that isolates the connection point between the gate and the drain of the transistor from the gate control power supply. The isolation barrier also places the switching transistors at a higher potential. The ceramic package design ensures the stability and accuracy of the internal circuit parameters and can effectively suppress interference from external noise.
The MAX20010DJT/V+ power semiconductor switch array IC is widely used in applications such as DC-DC converters, dc power converters, power supplies, motor drives, LED lighting and other high-frequency power conversion systems.
