The MC68302CRC20C is a device manufactured by Motorola that is based on a modified version of the MC68020 processor cores augmented with a Memory Management Unit (MMU), Cache and a Debugging Interface. It contains 24-bit external address bus, 16-bit internal address bus, and an advanced parameter metering circuit.
