The 9FG104EGILF is a programmable oscillator designed to offer a wide range of features and flexibility while maintaing a small package. It is part of the series 9FG; the line of programmable oscillators offering the latest in frequency accuracy, phase noise, and power consumption. The 9FG104EGILF specializes in providing a wide range of customizable frequency outputs for clock and timing applications where accuracy and power consumption are of paramount importance. It achieves this with a number of features, such as a programmable frequency, programmable pulsewidth, frequency drift and temperature compensation, programmable cycle-to-cycle jitter, and programmable power consumption.
The 9FG104EGILF also delivers one synthesizable output with a standard spread of ± 200/500 ppm. Spread is also adjustable from 0 - 500 ppm. While the maximum deviation of output frequency remains the same, the user can select a different ppm value within the defined range. Furthermore, the user can set the rising and falling edge skew to ± 100 ps, allowing for more precise timing applications.
The 9FG104EGILF operates in a frequency range of 30 to 400MHz, and has a wide temperature range of -40to 85℃. Supported technologies include CMOS, SONET, Gigabit Ethernet, and PCI Express. The device is designed to consume lower power than comparably-graded oscillators, and require less space in the circuit board designs.
The 9FG104EGILF supports multiple programming interfaces, such as I2C, SPI, Serial UART, I2S and Clock Select.
