The SI5342A-D-GM is a versatile clock generator IC (Integrated Circuit) used to generate high precision clock signals in various applications. It is produced by Silicon Laboratories and is used in many areas, such as mobile clocks, PC motherboards, digital displays, networking devices and automotive electronics.
