SI5332A-C-GM1 is a multi-output clock generator and clock jitter cleaner for networking, data storage, and computer-server applications. It was released by Silabs and is mainly used for synchronizing different segments of a system and removing clock jitter from incoming clock data.The device supports up to twelve output frequencies and allows a wide variety of clock frequencies and timing to be generated. It has many features that make it ideal for networking, data storage, and computer server applications such as programmable output frequencies, jitter reduction, frequency synthesis, and multiple-inputs. The external sources can be from crystal oscillators with different frequencies or from high frequency clock sources such as differential clocks, LVDS, LVPECL, HSCL, and LVDS AC coupled signals.The device includes several features for better flexibility and higher performance.
