The SLA7051M is a monolithic integrated circuit manufactured by Sanken Electric Company, one of the leading semiconductor manufacturers in Japan. The SLA7051M is a motor controlling, unipolar stepper motor driver, available in TO-220, DIP, and SSOP packages. The SLA7051M\'s output is in an open drain configuration, which allows tristate operation. In addition, it can be configured for dual coils with thrust configurations, allowing for finer resolution and greater torque.
