The LT1236ACN8-10#PBF is a precision voltage reference with PMIC voltage reference properties. It is designed for use in systems requiring accurate, low voltage reference regulation. The device offers excellent temperature stability, common-mode rejection ratio, low noise and very low dropout operation. It employs the latest semiconductor process technologies to provide lower reference voltage tolerance, lower operating current and improved design flexibility.

The LT1236ACN8-10#PBF is ideally suited for precision power supply and reference generator applications because of its excellent low-temperature stability and low-noise characteristics. The device can be used in AC/DC and isolated DC-DC converters and in systems using microprocessors, A/D and D/A converters.

The LT1236ACN8-10#PBF is implemented in measuring, motor control, medical and consumer applications as it offers fast and accurate voltage reference switching as well as its near-zero minimum output current feature. The LT1236ACN8-10#PBF is an external adjustable reference that uses two incoming pins for an internal amplifier with gain of 3.2 for reference voltage setting. The device is available in both 10-bit and 8-bit serial resolution. For 10-bit serial resolution, the digital interface provides a +/-200mV adjustment range with a resolution of +/-20mV. For 8-bit resolution, the adjustment range is +/-9.5 mV with a resolution of +/-5mV.
