The 9FGL02P1AKILF is part of a Clock/Timing - Application Specific family of semiconductor products. It is a high-precision clock generator and comprises of five high-quality, low-jitter outputs—four differential clock pairs and an auxiliary low-frequency, high-accuracy output. The 9FGL02P1AKILF is designed to be used in several high-speed, synchronous, real-time applications, such as servers, data centers and similar applications, where timing accuracy and data synchronization is of utmost importance.

The 9FGL02P1AKILF offers versatile and low-power timing solutions for system designers. By integrating a high-performance, jitter-robust MBIST (Memory Built-In Self-Test) and a powerful temperature compensation core, it can provide superior cycle-accurate clock rate calibration and cycle jitter improvement, with residual jitter as low as 2ps. The 9FGL02P1AKILF comes with a range of advanced features, including an internal oscillator with PLL or Crystal Frequency Synthesizer (CFS), a high performance, jitter-robust clock generation core, a phase drift monitoring and correction module, a time interval and frequency meter, and an ultra-low power static frequency and phase offset detector.

The 9FGL02P1AKILF can be connected to a system\'s oscillator and/or crystal separately, and then used as the product’s output clock sources, or external clock sources, both of which will adjust the product’s output frequency to the desired maximum operating frequency. The device also supports an emergency clock source, allowing for a tight synchronization of the device\'s output clock frequency in emergency conditions. Additionally, it includes a built-in frequency and phase monitoring capability, with a detection range of up to ±100kHz, allowing for precise evaluation and control of the output clock signal. In addition, the chip allows for 1MHz or 2MHz master clock frequencies.

The 9FGL02P1AKILF supports a wide range of applications such as network storage, portable computing and multimedia. It is also suitable for a variety of communication systems, including wireless, optical and networking systems. The 9FGL02P1AKILF supports a wide range of output frequencies from 50MHz to 200MHz and can work with very low latency clocking requirements.
