The ICS7151A is a silicon CMOS Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) designed to meet a variety of requirements. It combines several features, including low power consumption, low EMI emissions, and high output power, in a wide array of operating conditions.The ICS7151AM-50LF is a high performance micropower VCO designed for applications such as data transfer, crystal oscillator, reference clock, and synthesized clock. This VCO operates over the frequencies between 24 MHz to 44 MHz with a typical power consumption of only 2.2 mA.The ICS7151AM-50LF\'s CMOS devices feature an exceptionally low no-load power consumption of 31 uA at 5V and low output power consumption of 11mW at 40MHz. The PLL is made up of an IC, two resistors, two capacitors and one voltage detector transistor, which enables enhanced VCO stability, noise immunity, and better performance.The ICS7151AM-50LF is a versatile, low-noise VCO and is suitable for a wide range of applications.
