The BC847BWT1G is a series of miniature surface-mount PNP silicon planar bipolar transistors manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. The BC847BWT1G is designed for various commercial and industrial applications, such as switching, small signal amplification and DC/DC conversion. The BC847BWT1G is also well suited for portable device applications as it has a very low profile SC-70/SOT-323 package.

The BC847BWT1G transistors use PNP semiconductors and are comprised of a base terminal, emitter terminal, and collector terminal. The collector and emitter terminals are connected with a P-region of easy conductivity and the base terminal is connected with an N-region of easy conductivity.
