The AON6236 “enhancement-mode power transistor” is a high-speed, low-RDS(on), n-channel, depletion-mode power FET designed to provide optimum power savings and improved switching performance. With its low-RDS(on) and low input capacitance, it provides excellent thermal dissipation at high current levels.
