The AON6510 (Advanced Oral N-Channel 650 V MOSFET) is a high voltage, low on-resistance, and low voltage drop (VDS) power MOSFET. It has been designed to have a low on-resistance and an improved gate charge Qg. It has both an n-channel and a p-channel structure with an improved body material to make it able to handle relatively high input currents without failure.
