AON6528 is a advanced process of n-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) that has been designed for low voltage applications such as minimal power circuit design. Working Principle of AON6528

At its most basic, AON6528 is a type of MOSFET, which works by using a voltage applied to the gate to control the flow of current through the channel.When the voltage applied to the gate exceeds the “threshold voltage” of the device, electrons are attracted to the gate, creating an inversion charge layer in the substrate underneath. This inversion layer acts as a closed-loop transistor (with the source, drain and substrate as the three elements) and can conduct current even when the gate voltage increases to its maximum level.In addition, AON6528 offers better performance than traditional MOSFETs due to the combination of its optimized layout and process technologies.The layout of AON6528 includes an internal body diode, which can charge and discharge faster than traditional external diodes and can also reduce noise and reverse voltage spikes.
