The SEN-13676 evaluation board is an autonomous system used for measuring, filtering and conditioning signals from pressure, temperature, and acceleration sensors. It consists of three main parts: a calibration unit, signal conditioning and sensor-specific signal conditioning, and a temporary buffer which holds measurements taken from the calibration unit. The signal conditioning, which is provided by an on-board DC/DC converter, gives the evaluation board the opportunity to measure a sensor’s signal in a standard, programmable way.

The SEN-13676 evaluation board is designed to test and measure the output signals of various sensors such as digital pressure, temperature, and acceleration sensors. A dedicated signal conditioning page provides an easy-to-use programmable interface for users to customize the output signal from each sensor type.

The evaluation board is powered by a 9V or 5V DC power supply, which is provided along with the board. A special reset signal is then used to program the board for the proper sensor type being used. Once programmed, the SEN-13676 is ready to measure the signal from any type of sensor.

The resulting measurement signal is in the form of data taken from the calibration unit. This data is then passed through a specialized filter to smooth and reduce noise.
