IRFS4010TRRPBF transistor is a N-Channel Metal-Oxide Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor (MOSFET) designed by International Rectifier Corporation. The IRFS4010TRRPBF is a high-voltage enhancement-mode MOSFET that is intended for use in a variety of applications including portable and telecom equipment, personal computers, and industrial systems.
