Description

The NCP170AMX250GEVB is a linear voltage regulator designed for use in a wide variety of applications. It features a step-down regulator with an adjustable output voltage. The NCP170A regulator is an excellent choice for applications in which low quiescent current and low dropout and high efficiency are essential. The device has a wide input voltage range of 4.0V to 44V, and the output voltage can be adjusted between 0.6V and 3.3V with a +/-10% accuracy. In addition, the device has a very low quiescent current of 75µA and a high efficiency of up to 95%. The high efficiency ensures low total losses, resulting in low overall power dissipation.
