The RS07B-M-08 is a power rectifier diode which belongs to the family of single rectifiers. As one of most commonly used diodes of all time, the RS07B-M-08 is a switching diode with sharp reverse recovery characteristics.The RS07B-M-08 is specifically designed for use in high-frequency rectification applications suitable for devices operating at high switch-speed.
