The device is intended for single-supply operation from a 3.3V source and is capable of driving data conversion rates up to 1MSPS.When a signal is applied, the signal is sampled and compared with the reference voltage. The ADC also employs Auto-Zero and Auto-Calibration features that increase the accuracy and conversion speed of the device. Furthermore, the device has a wide power supply range and a minimum one differential or 8 single-ended input, making it suitable for most applications.The ADS54J42EVM evaluation board provides many features and capabilities for testing and evaluating the performance of the ADS54J42. The board is provided with a high-resolution LCD, which enables users to view real-time input signals and output data conversion results.
