Analog Front End (AFE) provides a critical interface between the analog and digital domains for applications such as data acquisition, instrumentation and control. ADS1299IPAG is one of the analog front end integrated circuits (ICs) used for data acquisition and instrumentation. ADS1299IPAG combines analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and other supporting functions in an integrated package for easy hardware and software integration. The device allows for 24-bit resolution of onboard analog channels. The ADS1299IPAG can be used in a wide variety of applications including medical diagnostics, environmental sensing, machine automation and commercial instrumentation.

ADS1299IPAG integrates advanced features such as a low-noise front-end with wide-dynamic-range gain control, automated window while scanning and sub-microvolt noise floor.
