System On Chip (SoC) includes integrated circuits that have been manufactured with multiple and varied components on a single chip. The M2S005-VF256 is an example of a SoC, integrating many types of digital components on a single chip. It also handles other tasks such as interrupt and DMA control, system initialization and diagnostics.The M2S005-VF256 uses a two-level bus architecture.
