The LM4128DQ1MF2.5/NOPB is a precision CMOS adjustable voltage reference device capable of delivering both low and high-side precision rail-to-rail dynamic regulation of output voltage for demanding power management applications. The device contains an adjustable low-dropout voltage regulator (LDO), a voltage reference, and a comparator which operates in zero-drift mode with no need of an external load resistor. It also incorporates a variety of integrated features such as: power-on reset (POR), output voltage trim, voltage monitor, over-current protection, and more. The low-dropout reference is based on a linear-to-logarithmic conversion scheme, which allows the device to provide a high-side output voltage that is accurate and stable to within a few thousandths of a volt over its entire operating temperature range.
