1443995-1, also known as RCC (Radio Controlled Clock), is a new type of electronic device which is designed to provide very accurate synchronization and time reference signals. It was developed by G. Vanco Millard of the United States in 1995.The device provides a variety of applications. The most common application is providing synchronization and time reference for remote radio controlled clocks. The device is able to decode time signals from the VLF (Very Low Frequency) band and then provide reference clock signals that can be used by a receiver to synchronize its own clock.In addition, the device can be used as an accurate frequency counter, being able to measure up to 50 MHz. It can also be used to generate accurate timing signals for test equipment, allowing precise timing measurements.In terms of its working principles, 1443995-1 uses a combination of quartz clock and a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). The quartz clock provides highly accurate time signal, while the VCO allows precise frequency control.The device receives incoming VLF signals which are then compared and decoded by the internal quartz clock and VCO. The desired signal is then selected and the frequency and accuracy of the signal selected is adjusted depending on the requirements of the application.The output frequency of 1443995-1 is adjustable, ranging from 500 Hz to 50 MHz.
