Instrumentation amplifiers, OP amps, and buffer amps all commonly employ linear amplifiers in order to optimize ac performance, increase gain and improve noise rejection.The ADA4857-1YCPZ-R7 is a high-voltage, low-power, differential-input, rail-to-rail output amplifier. The amplifier’s working principle is based on the differential amplifier configuration, wherein the two input terminals are balanced and two output terminals provide voltage gain and power amplification.The ADA4857-1YCPZ-R7 is a rail-to-rail output amplifier, meaning that both output terminals can be left floating or driven to either positive of negative rail voltage. This type of device is ideal for applications requiring fully differential signals at both the input and the output stages.When applying the circuit, it uses a differential input configuration with two bipolar transistors connected in parallel, both of which act as current sources. The bipolar transistors are connected to a single supply voltage, which can be either positive or negative, and the two inputs and two outputs all float independently.
