AO4710L_101 is a single channel, advanced, low voltage MOSFET driver, designed to supply a wider range of high-voltage loads in PWM applications. It not only consolidates the functions of a typical four-channel MOSFET driver, but also offers some advantages such as additional protection circuitry and the ability to accommodate a wider range of loads. It is suitable for use in motor control, energy-saving lighting, industrial control drive and other fields.

The driver portion of AO4710L_101 features a high-speed, high-efficiency, and low-saturation driver with high frequency capability up to 64MHz. This allows for fast and precise control of the MOSFETs in a wide range of pulse width modulated (PWM) applications. The driver output can provide up to 4A drive current and 600V load voltage for single load application.

It also includes several protection features such as thermal and electrical short circuit protection. It is protected against input current overload, and its output is also protected against overcurrent, over-voltage, and over-temperature conditions. Furthermore, it supports a low-side MOSFET current sensing which allows for a precise current control and current tracing.
