AON6754 is made using the latest process technology and has superior performance. It is a depletion mode long channel octal MOSFET in a SO8 package. It is a N-type MOSFET-N-type Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor (MOSFET). AON6754 is a Type-V device which is designed to achieve low RDS(ON), low gate charge, low thermal resistance and high power handling capacity in the minimal possible package.
AON6754 is a high voltage, high speed, and low power consumption MOSFET. It is used in a wide range of applications including digital circuits, analog audio amplification and automotive circuit protection. The device provides overload protection, input and output protection, as well as circuit switching and voltage clamping.
