AT24C64B-10TU-1.8 is a combination of an I²C-compatible serial interface, a 65,536-bit content, 1-Kbit write protection and 10K write cycles. The 4K write cycle for a particular location guarantees data retention for over 100 years. It offers robust operation, fast access time and low power consumption.

The memory internally organizes 8KByte×8, including 65,536 bits of EEPROM organized as 8,192 words of 8 bits each. At both end of the serial data stream, START conditions and STOP conditions mark the beginning and endings of data transfer. When the chip is in standby mode, the current consumption is 500nA, when in active mode it is 2-3mA.

AT24C64B-10TU-1.8 operates on 1.8V and is usually supplied in the SOIC or TSSOP24 footprints. It possesses advanced high speed over the entire three figure voltage range. It also has a scratch pad section that provides almost random access times of 5ms maximum.
