The AT28C64-20PI is a static Random Access Memory (SRAM) designed for reliable in industrial, commercial and military applications that require a high-performance yet low-power memory solution. It is packaged as a Dual In-line Package (DIP) and has an 8Kbit capacity.
The AT28C64-20PI is based on high-performance CMOS technology and features very fast read and write access times, extremely low power consumption and excellent temperature stability.
