Panel Indicators and Pilot Lights

The C464-NWO48H-CWO is a combination of Panel Light and Pilot Light, developed by Car Arm Corporation for industrial applications.

The Panel Light is designed for a simple visual indication of equipment status. The LED or Neon Tube light can be used to indicate modes, such as operating condition or fault status. Meanwhile, the Pilot Light provides extra strength for the visual indication of operating states, as it is brighter than the Panel Light.

The C464-NWO48H-CWO is composed of two parts: an LED or neon tube light and a red/orange/green lens. The LED or neon tube light contains a bulb and control electronics, while the lens is an ABS moulded part. Both parts are connected by the terminal block and the two metallic screws. The terminal block can be accessed with a hex wrench.

The Panel Light is powered by 24V AC/DC voltage and the energy dissipation is 0.375W. In order to reduce the power consumption, the LED lamp driver and controller can operate in standby or sleep mode when the control input is disabled. The LED or Neon Tube light has a fast response time of 15ms. It also incorporates a thermal protection circuit to prevent operation in case of excessive temperature.

The Pilot Light is powered by a different voltage, 105-265VAC or DC voltage and its power consumption is 0.5W. The light source of the Pilot Light is a compact and shock-proof light bulb. The bulb has adjustable brightness and colour temperature range. Due to its high luminous intensity, it provides an extra clear indication of operating status.

The C464-NWO48H-CWO is designed to comply with the international electrical safety requirements, such as CE, UL, CUL, FCC, and CB certification. The panel lights and pilot lights can be used in wet or dusty environments.
