The C8051F375-A-GMR is an 8 bit microcontroller from Silicon Laboratories and is part of the C8051F family of single-chip microcontrollers.

The C8051F375-A-GMR is designed for use in low cost and low complexity embedded applications such as metering, controlling, monitoring and most Low Pin Count Solutions that require 8-bit qwuantization precision.

It is based on 8-bit 8051 architecture and packed with essential peripheral features and function blocks to allow customers to quickly and easily design their own microcontroller based systems.

This microcontroller has a low pin-count of 32 pins, allowing it to fit into a small form factor and helps reduce overall system cost. It runs up to 25 MHz and incorporates 4KB of ROM and 128 bytes of RAM.

C8051F375-A-GMR has an internal DAC and a set of ADCs to provide high-precision analog to digital conversion. The microcontroller also has an integrated SBI which allows customers to quickly and easily bring peripheral devices, such as a keypad, LCD, RTC and Counter/Timers, into their applications without the need for external chipset.

The silicon lab also provides a range of development tools such as their integrated development environment (IDE), their C compiler and their EFM8 Honeybee software library which help simplify the development process of applications using the C8051F375-A-GMR microcontroller.
