The CD74HC4515M96 is a low-power, high-speed CMOS logic device designed to act as a quad 2-input multiplexer with the possibility of decoding or inversion. It contains four independent two-input multiplexer with logic gates, each with selected data port (A and B) six select inputs (S0, S1, S2, S3, S4, S5) and output (Y). This device is capable of selecting one data line (A or B) from any four (Y0 - Y3) depending on the state of the select input. It also contains an active LOW enable input (G) for each multiplexer and also has an active LOW output enable input (OE), which when LOW enables all outputs. The main purpose of multiplexers is to select one binary value from one of the two binary values. This device has the ability to select one line from four lines (Y0 - Y3).
