The CMT-8120-B Common Mode Choke offers a high frequency operation of 150KHz to 1GHz, making it ideal for applications such as industrial and IT equipment, automotive, telecom and medical equipment, energy management, and communications systems.The working principle of the CMT-8120-B CMC is based on the electromagnetic properties of the choke core. The choke core uses a combination of magnetic components such as inductors, capacitors, resistors and EM shell-type structures to create a range of high-frequencyshielding functions. These components allow the CMC to suppress high-frequency interference and noise from external sources, and switch mode power supplies.
