The CSD16322Q5 is a specialized type ofField Effect Transistor (FET) designed to operate in harsh environments such as those found in automotive and aerospace applications, as well as other industries where reliability and performance are paramount. The CSD16322Q5 is based on a traditional Power MOSFET design and is a single N-channel ultra low-capacitance (Symmetrical low Vds), high-voltage FET.

The CSD16322Q5 has many desirable characteristics for use in applications that require switching and controllable power flow. The most important features of the CSD16322Q5 are its extremely low on-resistance, high-breakdown voltage, aluminum nitride substrate material, and MOSFET structure.
