DRV10974EVM is a single-channel pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller evaluation module. It is designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the DRV10974, a 4–35V High Side MOSFET Driver. The DRV10974EVM has a robust capacitive load switching capability of up to 4A and a fast propagation time of 300nS, with its adjustable dead-time feature. The high-side MOSFET driver responds to PWM control signals for driving an external N-Channel MOSFET, which has a preset maximum safe operating temperature of 105°C. The board comes with SMA connectors for easy attachment to other boards or test benches. The input voltage can be adjusted up to 30V, and in turn the output of the MOSFET is also adjustable from 20V up to 30V.
