Aluminum-Polymer capacitors, also known as ‘multi-layer ceramic (MLCCs), are passive electronic components that hold, accumulate and deliver electrical energy. They are composed of two metallic layers – an anode and a cathode – that are separated by a dielectric layer, typically composed of aluminum oxide or ceramic oxide.
