EEV-HA1J100P Working Principle
The working principle of the EEV-HA1J100P aluminum electrolytic capacitor is based on the fact that a charged field forms when a voltage is applied to two electrodes. A solution, also known as an electrolyte is included in the capacitor that acts as a dielectric. This solution has two properties, it ionizes when voltage is present and it dissolves, allowing charged particles to move between the two electrodes. As current flow occurs in the capacitor, ions are formed in the electrolyte and are attracted to the electrodes, building up layers of ions on each electrode. When the current is removed, the ions recombine to form a charge on either electrode.
