Working Principle

ES01AV1 rectifiers follow the same general principle of operation as standard rectifiers. The device is made up of two or more P-channel and N-channel MOSFETs (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistors). An AC signal is applied to the gate terminal of the P-MOSFET, which acts as a switch, while a DC voltage is applied to the gate terminal of the N-MOSFET. The alternating current is then rectified by the P-MOSFET and the N-MOSFETs form a diode bridge.
