The ESW-104-12-T-D is a rectangular connector with headers and receptacle female sockets for high-density connections in a variety of industrial, electronic appliance, computing and networking applications. This durable, lightweight connector allows for an easy connection between two devices without having to soldering or use adhesives.

The ESW-104-12-T-D is made of a sturdy plastic material such as thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The design of the connector allows for a secure connection with the placement of one socket inside the other. In addition to providing a mechanical lock, the connector also features compression contact, solder and wire wrap connection and offers a very dense connection with a reliable electrical signal transfer. The header portion of the connector includes two rows of female receptacle sockets and the receptacle side features two rows of male terminals.

The working principle behind the ESW-104-12-T-D connector is based on the electrical contact pressure between the connector’s locking tabs.
