It is designed to provide Ethernet data transmission capability while using the same high speed, low latency communication protocols used in today\'s advanced network solutions. It features dual-channel operation allowing two devices to be connected together in one cable, providing data rates up to 1,000 Mbps. The evaluation boards and kits also feature high power output suitable for powering PoE-enabled devices up to 24W.
The EVAL-ADUM4120-1EBZ evaluation and demonstration boards and kits provide an easy to use platform to analyse how PoE devices perform in high speed applications. The kit includes a 16-channel LED test pads which enable engineers to observe the data transmission signals in real time. It also includes a variety of sensors such as temperature, pressure, accelerometer, humidiostat and USB to enable engineers to develop and measure system performance in real world conditions. The kit also contains a USB to I2C bridge which enables engineers to easily extend the existing system with additional peripherals and devices.
