Description:

The GD32F103CBT6 device is a 32-bit general-purpose microcontroller Cortex™-M3 RISC core based on ARM®, which has the best ratio of consumption and peripheral equipment in terms of processing power and reduction. Interrupt controller (NVIC), SysTick timer and advanced debugging support.

The GD32F103CBT6 device uses the ARM®Cortex™-M3 32-bit processor core to work at a frequency of 108 MHz, and the flash memory access zero wait state reduces efficiency. It provides up to 3 MB of on-chip flash memory and up to 96 KB of SRAM memory. One and two. The device provides three 12-bit ADCs, up to two 12-bit DACs, up to ten general-purpose 16-bit timers, two basic timers and two. The device uses 2.6 to 3.6 maximum PWM advanced control timing Device, and standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to three SPI, two I2C, three USART, two UART, two I 2Ss, USB 2.0 FS, CAN and SDIO. ARM®Cortex™-M3 processor adopts Harvard architecture and can be used Separate bus to fetch instructions and load/store data. 3072 Kbytes of internal flash and 96 Kbytes of internal SRAM can be used to store programs and data at most, both of which can be accessed (R/W) CPU clock speed is zero waiting state.
